About Reps Spreadsheets

Reps Spreadsheets is an independent catalog run by a small team that has been buying from Chinese factories since 2015. We started the way most people do — burned by dead spreadsheet links, blurry photos and agents who vanished after payment. The site is the tool we wished existed: a tight, maintained set of verified Yupoo albums, honest guidance on which agents are worth using, and a real person on WhatsApp who confirms stock and shoots a QC video before anyone pays.

Who runs this

We are buyers first. Between us we have placed well over a decade of factory orders across sneakers, designer leather, streetwear and accessories, dealt with every major agent platform as it rose or fell, and shipped to buyers across the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada and Latin America. That history is why our guides flag a winding-down platform or an agent with unresolved complaints rather than chasing a referral.

How we verify

Albums are reviewed regularly and dead links are pruned as we find them. Agent fee and storage data is checked against each platform's current pricing and community reports, and every page is dated so you can judge recency. Keyword and demand research comes from US-market data refreshed periodically. We are honest about the limits: we cannot guarantee a third-party agent's behavior, which is exactly why we offer to handle sourcing and QC ourselves.

Independence

We do not run a checkout, we do not resell your data, and we are not the marketing arm of any agent or brand. The catalog exists so you can compare honestly and buy the thing you actually liked in the photos. If something is defective or not as shown in your QC video, it is a replacement or refund — that policy, more than any marketing line, is why buyers come back.
